David graduated from EKU with a Bachelors in Business. He has 20 years in plumbing sales with a family background in plumbing and has been with The Ranvier Group for over a decade.

His hobbies include golfing, hunting & boating. He is a fan of college football and basketball (UK of course).

Heather was born and raised in Louisville KY. She attended Scared Heart Academy, earned a basketball scholarship and played for two years in Kanas City, MO. She finished her degree at McKendree University earning a bachelor’s degree in Business. She entered the plumbing industry in 2004 and began her career in the Management Training Program at Ferguson Enterprises, which led her to focus on the commercial side of the business and eventually into a Branch Trainer role.

Heather stepped away from the plumbing industry for a few years and moved into direct sales, which allowed her to focus on raising her three children. She re-entered the plumbing industry at Plumbers Supply Company and focused on Residential and Showroom Sales. In 2015 she accepted a role at Jebcco Marketing, a plumbing manufacturers rep, as the Commercial Quotations Manager. Her focus was on building commercial sales as well as building wholesaler and contractor relationships. She continued this role with Battersby, Danielson, Azbell when they took over the Agency in 2017. In 2021 she joined The Ranvier Group/Shearer Company as a Commercial Project Manager, where she focuses on Pumps Design and Sales, Project Management, and continuing to build wholesale and contractor relationships.

When Heather isn’t working she enjoys golfing, watching her daughter play lacrosse, heated Uno games with her boys, and loving on her three Fur babies. Even though she was born in Louisville she was raised right and loves The Wildcats!

Deana began her career with Ferguson Enterprises in 1992, she has over 30 years of experience in the industry. She has done budgeting, accounts receivable and accounts payable. She has also been involved with operations and inventory management.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Accounting. He entered the Plumbing Industry in 2011 at The James Shearer Company a plumbing manufacturers rep. His roles included inside/outside sales with a focus on the commercial lines. He also assisted the company with accounting and operations. Jason has continued his roles when the with The Ranvier Group who purchased the James C. Shearer company in 2021. Jason is now a Senior Engineered Water Solutions Manager for The Ranvier group/James C. Shearer Company specializing in all pumping systems and commercial bathroom new and renovation.
